This supply-only quotation is subject to acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

• Stock items are valid for 5 working days from date of issue and subject to daily stock movements.
• Specially procured items are linked to ruling exchange rates and supplier price increases. Rates can be held for 30 days from initial quotation.
• Terms are accepted upon receipt of:
– A signed quotation
– A formal purchase order
– Written confirmation
– The requested deposit
• All rates exclude VAT (shown separately).

RATES AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

• Exchange rates declared in the quotation apply.
• Pricing is calculated within the declared exchange rate band. Should the rate weaken at time of acceptance and deposit receipt, Concept Luxury Finishes reserves the right to re-quote.
• Pricing is secured only once deposit is received within the quoted exchange rate band.

DEPOSITS

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Orders are processed only once funds reflect in our bank account.
• Special procurements require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit. Lead time begins once deposit clears.
• Airfreight imports require full upfront payment.
• Final import price is confirmed on deposit receipt date.
• Once deposit is received, forex risk transfers to Concept Luxury Finishes.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Materials must be delivered and invoiced within 30 days of arrival in RSA. Storage is not included.
• If site delivery is not possible within 30 days, materials must be certified off-site to avoid finance charges.
• Failure to invoice within 30 days will incur a 2% per month finance charge.
• Full payment must clear before collection or delivery.
• The ordering entity is responsible for payment and may not defer payment to another party.
• Ownership risk transfers upon receipt and signature.
• Discounts apply only to prompt full settlement.

RESERVING AND WAREHOUSING STOCK

• Stock can be reserved for 5 working days without deposit. Thereafter reservation lapses.
• Non-account holders must pay a 50% non-refundable holding deposit.
• Warehousing is free for one calendar month from invoice date. Thereafter R100 per pallet per month applies.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

• Rates are quoted ex-warehouse unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery costs are shown separately.
• Allow ±6–7 working days for Gauteng deliveries from Durban warehouse.
• Delivery notes must be signed on receipt.
• Discrepancies must be recorded immediately.
• Off-loading labour is not included unless requested.
• Site access and equipment for off-loading are contractor’s responsibility.
• Estate access requirements are client responsibility.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect access information will incur re-delivery charges.

BREAKAGES AND RETURNS

• Returns are not accepted unless agreed. Non-stock imports are strictly non-returnable.
• Approved returns incur minimum 25% handling fee plus collection charges.
• Breakages must be inspected on delivery.
• Breakages reported after 1 week will not be entertained.
• Replacement stock subject to normal lead times. Airfreight at client cost.

IMPORTATION LEAD TIMES

• Lead times are factory dependent.
• No cancellations due to production, shipping or customs delays.
• Lead times exclude public holidays.
• Contingency stock is recommended for imports.
• Re-orders carry new lead times and quotations.

PORCELAIN & CERAMIC TILE BEST PRACTICE

• Formats are quoted in nominal sizes; calibration may vary up to 2%.
• Calibration differs between manufacturers.
• Samples may vary in shade.
• Specific shade/calibration must be requested in writing.
• Anti-slip and standard tiles may vary slightly in colour.
• No shade claims after installation.
• Attic stock is recommended.

INSTALLATION GUIDELINES

• Installers must follow adhesive and grout manufacturer specifications (TAL, Weber Tylon, MAPEI).
• Concept Luxury Finishes does not monitor installations.
• No liability for incorrect installation.

TILE CLEANING & WARRANTY

• Initial acid wash purge required post-installation.
• Improper cleaning voids warranty.
• No liability once tiles are installed.
• Defects must be reported prior to installation.

LUXURY VINYL TILES (LVT)

PAYMENT & RESERVATION

• Supply only unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment required before delivery.
• 50% deposit secures stock for 5 working days.

LVT INSTALLATION BEST PRACTICE

• Sub-floor moisture below 3%.
• 48-hour acclimatisation required.
• 2–3mm self-levelling screed recommended.
• Expansion gap 10–18mm required.
• UV protection required prior to installation.
• Underfloor heating must follow manufacturer guidelines.
• No liability for sun or moisture damage.

LVT LIMITED WARRANTY

• Year 1: Replacement + labour (professional install).
• Year 2: Replacement + 50% labour.
• After Year 2: Materials only.
• Excludes misuse, sunlight, moisture, scratches or improper installation.
• Claims must be lodged within 30 days.

LVT MAINTENANCE & FLOOR PROTECTION

• Site manager responsible for floor protection.
• Furniture protectors and entrance mats recommended.
• Water damage voids warranty.
• Scratches post-installation not covered.

ENGINEERED OAK

OAK GENERAL DISCLAIMER

• Wood varies in tone, knots and grain.
• Samples are representative only.
• Up to 20% boards may be shorter/composite.
• Gaps up to 2mm in dry months are normal.
• Sunlight may cause fading or darkening.
• No sorting due to colour variation.

FLOOR PROTECTION

• Floors must be protected post-installation.
• Avoid overheating environments.
• No liability for water damage, negligence or excessive underfloor heating.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

• 5-year guarantee if installed per specifications.
• Full payment required for warranty validity.
• Oiled floors require annual maintenance.
• Varnished floors require prescribed maintenance.
• Improper cleaning voids warranty.
